Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience working with order management and logistics automation.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and key performance indicators.

  • Ability to diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to successfully influence across multiple levels of the organization.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a Logistics Solutions Program Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions to complex supply chain and logistics challenges for Google Cloud. Your solutions will have a significant impact on our supply chain by driving speed, scale, efficiency, and predictability in logistics operations. Collaborating seamlessly across functions, you will identify business challenges, build robust business cases, and drive the development of innovative solutions, working with our systems team to shape the future of Google Cloud logistics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Define and develop program roadmap, scope, approach, and establish program goals with realistic timing as well as leading change management efforts. Coordinate resources and provide technical leadership in line with long-term objectives, enabling the business to identify and prioritize projects and programs.

  • Lead the assessment of current logistics systems, technologies, and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization to drive efficiency, speed, scale and predictability.

  • Collaborate with the systems and operations teams to create and refine capability roadmaps that outline the development and integration of new technologies, tools, and systems required to implement the proposed solutions effectively.

  • Work collaboratively across teams to gather and define comprehensive business requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the supply chain and logistics operations.

  • Lead implementation and propose/implement changes for continuous improvement.
