As a Program Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you will assist in overseeing the creation, coordination, and execution of corporate strategic projects. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed with the highest standards from inception to completion. You will be working with internal teams to coordinate activities and tasks as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope. While the role will be program and process in nature, it will also include some administrative responsibilities supporting the Chief Administration Information Officer and team. Responsibilities You Will. . . Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's strategic vision and goals Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable project plans and initiatives Lead individual initiatives to deliver on our home office transformation journey Clearly define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for each initiative Establish project timelines, organize committee meeting calendars, track completion of tasks, communicate with partners as necessary to provide updates, produce status reports, and compile monthly and quarterly reports from internal stakeholders Provide regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and potential roadblocks Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership Proactively address issues as they arise and adjust project plans accordingly Drive adoption and change management through close collaboration with internal teams Assist with ad hoc requests The Benefits. . . Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent work experience Minimum 7 years of relevant corporate project management experience such transformation and operational efficiencies in the areas Accounting, Finance, HR, etc. Minimum 4 years experience communicating, partnering building relationships with senior leadership Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication or related field, or equivalent combination of education Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams Past projects working closely with corporate functions including Accounting, Finance, Legal, IT, Communications and etc The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and analytical skills Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects Experience in stakeholder management and navigating cross-functional collaboration Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing challenges Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work with minimal supervision Demonstrated and highly proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and similar business programs Skills and...
