McKinsey & Company Senior Software Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia
McKinsey and Company Inc. US is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Atlanta, GA.Design and implement new development tools and infrastructure on cloud environments. Collaborate with Data Architects, Business SMEs, and Data Scientists to design, develop end-to-end infrastructure to meet fast paced organization needs across geographic regions. Support application programming interfaces (APIs), tools, and third-party products to extract data from SaaS applications. Design and maintain enterprise cloud models. Deploy updates and fixes, and provide technical support as requested. Research, recommend, and implement methods to ensure data integrity and quality. Work closely with the data scientists, and database and systems administrators to create Machine learning pipelines Ensure current and future architecture meets stakeholder needs. Build and support large scale data systems and ingestion capabilities and infrastructure. Implement standardized, automated operational and quality control processes to deliver accurate and timely data and reporting to meet or exceed SLAs. Perform ad-hoc analysis to meet business requirements, as requested. Follow best practices on design and implementation to aid in organization-wide data governance. Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines. Stay up-to-date on technology advancement and ensure our technology stack is optimized for strategic growth.
Qualified applicants in this position must possess a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent. Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum five (5) years of experience designing, developing, and supporting highly scalable, responsive web applications and services. Experience must include the following: AWS Cloud Services; DevOps tools using Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Chef; Machine Learning model serving frameworks/toolkits using AWS Sagemaker.; SaaS services including SailPoint, Prisma Cloud (Twistlock), McAfee, Tenable, Nessus, Tanium.; API (SOAP and REST) including Apache Spark and Python boto3; Automation using Github, Gitlab, Jenkins, BitBucket; Microsoft SharePoint, C#.net, SQL Server.
