Developing and writing full stack software programs and providing various software designs. Re-engineering company's contact center solution platform - Associate Desktop Experience (ADE). Supporting through software designs in-bound calls and routing, automatic call distribution, online chat, interactive web-based forms, call recording etc. for financial services customers. Writing software to re-engineer the application from its legacy application, and key in modernizing to the Java/Angular technical stack. Utilizing Java, springboot, angular, transcript, JavaScript software. Applying Azure or AWS to software development and utilizing tools like Git, PostGres, Docker, Jenkins, Splunk. Participating in Scrum meetings, backlog grooming, demos and reviews in the Agile environment for the discussion on progress of tasks and blockers and Quarterly Planning to discuss the roadmap and dependencies on other squads. Developing REST API's using Spring MVC and Spring Boot and Secure the API's by implementing authentication/authorization scheme using spring security. Integrating Java Restful Web Services with the ADE tool for fetching of the data from the server and DB scripts for data refresh in PostGres database. Debugging any issue reported by the users and determine the cause for it and fix it by making any required code changes and deploying them after testing. Testing User functionalities with Unit Test cases like JUNIT testing, Power mock and Mockito frameworks for the Restful services. Deploying the applications to the local Servers for developer integrated testing (DIT), and then deploying to pre-prod environments using Jenkins pipeline for the Sanity Testing. Storing Client or Customer metrics info to secure AWS bucket and monitoring the logs using AWS Cloud Watch. Analyzing the information to determine and recommending the necessary changes in the product development by Fidelity Investments as per the User business Requirement. Documenting Software Development methods, validation procedures used and the Data Analysis reports as part of the knowledge transfer. Telecommuting permitted.
