Robert Half Sr. Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, Georgia
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role lies within the industry of customer service and requires seamless coordination with operations and logistics teams to manage orders and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, effectively addressing and resolving their issues or complaints, and escalating them as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries about shipments, products, and services in a timely and accurate manner.
• Harness a comprehensive understanding of our product and service offerings.
• Actively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations by delivering superior customer service.
• Use various computer programs and CRM tools for data processing and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Track customer feedback and report it to the relevant department to enhance the customer experience.
• Train and facilitate the onboarding of new Customer Service Representatives.
• Administer billing functions and claim administration, using tools such as ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Epic Software.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to them effectively. Requirements • Extensive experience in a customer service role, preferably at a senior level
• Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM software for managing customer interactions
• Knowledge and experience in data processing and analysis
• Familiarity with Epic Software for managing electronic health records
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software for business process management
• Proficiency in using About Time software for efficient time tracking and management
• Capability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Understanding of benefit functions including coordination and administration
• Familiarity with billing functions, able to handle invoicing and payment processing
• Experience in claim administration, with the ability to manage and process customer claims effectively. TalentMatch®
