Insight Global Telecommunications Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

We're seeking a Project Manager with expertise in SIP and voice firewalls to support a large healthcare leader in the Atlanta area. Ideally, this individual can also integrate SIP into PBX systems. Their primary role will be to independently drive projects, facilitate meetings, and support all project needs. The PM should be adept at working with various stakeholders, including architecture, and design teams, as well as our internal network team. Expect a busy schedule with frequent meetings, planning, and facilitation. They will be responsible for leading multiple projects and providing telecom support/expertise. We need an individual who has a level of practical telecom PBX-knowledge that they can apply to high level problem-solving.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* Experience integrating SIP to PBX

* PBX Carrier Telecom knowledge

o NEC or PBX experience, Avaya experience, cisco call manager experience

* B.S. degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or other related field (or equivalent job experience)

* Four years' experience in IT/Telecom environment utilizing a digital and/or IP voice technology solutions and various carrier voice circuit technologies.

* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of digital and IP phone systems, contact center solutions, and carrier circuits and phone lines.

* Solid knowledge of IP networking

* Demonstrate strong history of project management and technical assessment skills.

Plusses:

* Healthcare experience

* PMP

* Carrier knowledge of the various types of voice circuits (POTS lines, PRIs, SIP circuits, etc.) null
