Our client, a leading organization in customer service, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Collections Team supporting the Cash Champions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay Range: $27-28/hr
What's the Job?
AFDA reduction and risk management as a priority.
Daily collaboration with the Collection, Billing, and Operations teams to drive results.
Analyze customer financials and communicate directly to resolve outstanding issues regarding past due invoices.
Investigate disputed invoices with internal teams to facilitate resolution and follow up with customers accordingly.
Maintain detailed notes in the Financial System and records of all communications.
What's Needed?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
