Job Title: Community Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and partners.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms and other channels. - Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channels. - Plan and execute events and activities to engage the community. - Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Requirements:
Must have Project Based Section 8 and Tax Credit experience.
3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or related field.
Affordable Housing, Tax Credit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for building and engaging communities.
