Shifts Available:\ 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
What Youll Do:\ -As a Finish Machine Operator, youll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring our castings meet the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:\ -Precision Machining: Set up, operate, and shut down specialized machine tools to create parts with extremely close tolerances (.0005).\ -Quality Assurance: Use precision measuring instruments to verify that machined castings meet customer specifications.\ -Tooling and Setup: Adjust and change machine settings and tooling as needed for each job.\ -Program Interpretation: Read and interpret EIA machining program codes, understanding the machines functions relative to the code.\ -Continuous Monitoring: Keep a close eye on the machining process, making adjustments to ensure top-quality output.\ -Collaboration: Work with team members to understand casting details and resolve any machining issues.\ -Safety First: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, using appropriate safety devices and personal protective equipment.
