House of Blues Marketing Coordinator in AU Brisbane - 312-318 Brunswick St, Australia

Job Summary:

You will be a part of the greater Bookings Teams across The Triffid & The Fortitude Music Hall facilitating and supporting the team with marketing ideas, outcomes, and strategies to best serve our customers (Promoters & Agents), whilst also managing budgets for each venue in your department and maintaining a consistent voice across social media platforms and manage a consistent branding representation in the market for each venue. You will work and support Venue Managers, and the Bookings Team.

The candidate should also have a passion for the live entertainment industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing:

  • Execute announce and on sale of all shows across both The Triffid and FMH

  • Manage all aspects of FMH Social platforms & give direction to FOH manager in relation to Outpost Social plan and inbox management

  • Liaise with relative advertising companies and present potential opportunities to GM

  • Execute EDM’s at a biweekly minimum for FMH

  • Liaise with any relevant companies that may offer a valuable partnership to the venue that can ultimately be used to galvanize relationships, add value or sell more tickets for an existing client.

  • The creation of any collateral that higher management or bookings team may need in order to secure new business and/or create value to an agent or promoter

  • Be a team focused operator with a focus on diversity
