Talent Acquisition Specialist job activities include:
Facilitate full-cycle recruitment efforts
Create a first-class experience for all applicants
Design creative job postings and develop advertising avenues to attract great candidates
Partner/coach hiring managers on selecting top talent
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects
Directly impact people’s career path. Impact patientcare by delivering a talented, compassionate workforce

Required Experience:
Qualifications:
Two years of full cycle recruitment experience and at least 4 years professional experience
Healthcare and in-house recruitment experience highly desired
