Adecco US, Inc. Assembly Technician in Auburn, Maine

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, kitting materials, utilizing computer systems, packing boxes, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly tasks according to provided instructions and specifications.

  • Kit materials for assembly projects accurately and efficiently.

  • Utilize computer systems to access assembly instructions and input data as required.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.

  • Occasionally lift items weighing up to 50lbs as part of the assembly process.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.

  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate software systems and input data.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs.

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in assembly, kitting, or related fields is a plus.

  • Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
