Known for delivering exceptional customer service and tailored policies, this well-established provider helps individuals and businesses protect their assets with confidence.\ \ The Receptionist job in Farmington, Maine is responsible for a high level of customer serviceto our clients, community and team while supporting Account Managers and team members withadministrative tasks. You\'ll be a self-motivated multi-tasker, who can distribute mail, screen and route phone calls, order supplies, trouble shoot office equipment, and process deposits in Quickbooks.This position will require obtaining and maintaining appropriate agent licensing. This is a full-time long term position.\ \ Receptionist Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Quicken
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; organizational skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
\ Receptionist Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm (work 37.5 hours and get paid for 40 hours!)
- Pay Rate: up to \$18.50/ hr
- Start Date: ASAP
