Job Description:
SK Siltron CSS has a unique opportunity at the Auburn and Bay City locations for a Manufacturing Manager. This role requires occasional off-hour support when necessary. We are executing a very aggressive production ramp to quadruple our capacity by 2025 and need the right talents to help lead the company successfully through this ramp. To enable this, we need a Manufacturing Manager who is driven, dynamic, and can hit the ground running. Successful candidates must have a proven track record of leading production ramps, be persistent, and have a strong desire to drive continuous improvement and operation excellence.

- Recruit and develop the next generation of leaders in the Manufacturing organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement advanced manufacturing techniques to optimize WIP movement.
- Craft and implement strategies that will contribute to the business.
- Lead the production team in a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Lead daily production meetings:
- Optimize tool moves, manage WIP, control cycle time, and allocate resources as needed.
- Provide guidance and direction to Manufacturing, Engineering, and other supporting groups.
- Create a positive environment that fosters cross-training and optimizes productivity.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor team members. Counsel or discipline in extreme cases.
- Coordinate daily activities and tasks between different teams in the company.
- Be an active leader to ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and rules including safety, 3S, and all SOP.
- Lead the recruiting, selection, development, and training for employees in your organization.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
MUST HAVE: Manufacturing experience in at least one of these fields:
- Semiconductors (both Silicon and Compound Semiconductors)
- Electronics
- High-precision, high-value component manufacturing
Bachelor's or advanced degrees are preferable but not
