POSITION TITLE: IT Analyst -- Systems Operations I (Multiple Positions)

WORK LOCATION: 2202 Perimeter Road, Auburn, WA 98001, USA

POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for analysis, development, and coordination of all assigned tasks relating to the Company's Warehouse Management Systems for multiple sites, accounts, networks; responsible for entering data, mapping, configuring and programming Company systems at all locations, as well as for special projects for technology implementations including coordination of data gathering and systems analysis; serves as an IT liaison between operating divisions, vendors, customers and internal departments to achieve operational and IT objectives while continuously assessing opportunities for improvement to support business changes; provides functional configuration within the WMS; provides functional testing within the WMS; supports training for end users of the WMS; provides support during project design by deploying WMS changes (SDN); supports data entry into the WMS during configuration and testing; develops training materials for end users of the WMS; develops thorough understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) construction and functionality to provide pre- and post- implementation support including advanced setup for the facility, system configuration, user acceptance testing, functionality roll-outs, system audits; develops and presents new processes to leverage system functionality and improve operational capacity; reviews system error logs corrects the errors, and trouble shoots root cause; reviews system troubleshooting/change Work Request for customer and/or Operations to assess for clarity, scope and level of urgency and completes, escalates or secures additional resources as necessary; acts as first level support for EDI and ASN production issues to ensure transaction errors are addressed and/or escalated accordingly.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology or related field and one (1) year experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Oracle SQL database; knowledge of WMS configuration and tables; experience with ASN, EDI and inventory discrepancies; knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including inventory control and configuration; experience with support in a distribution center environment with comprehensive knowledge of RF systems, equipment, and network printer configuration; PC literacy with a command of MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI and Project. Position requires travel up to 30%.
