About the Job

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for all things digital? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your innovative ideas can come to life? We're on the hunt for a Digital Creative to take our agency’s digital design and interactive projects to the next level!

This role will lead the agency implementation of digital creative with unparalleled expertise in digital design, motion graphics and digitally led ideas. Collaborating closely with other creatives and being supported by junior designers, they will develop engaging digital interfaces across a variety of consumer touchpoints, including websites, games, rich media, mobile platforms, and banners. This role will also oversee all technical outputs, ensuring the highest standards for our clients.

What will you be doing

As our Digital Creative, you’ll collaborate with our Executive Creative Director and Design Director to deliver exceptional digital experiences that inspire and engage. Your role will include:

  • Designing digital interfaces across websites, mobile, games, banners, and more.

  • Taking the lead on inspirational, digitally led ideas and presentations that impress, excite and inspire clients

  • Taking ownership of UX design projects, working collaboratively with designers, writers, and clients.

  • Elevating our creative work by integrating interactive elements and delivering top-notch user experiences.

  • Staying ahead of digital trends and applying them to create innovative solutions.

About you

We’re looking for someone with exceptional skills in digital design and usability standards, including:

  • A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first thinking.

  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Figma.

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (CSS/HTML/JavaScript) is a bonus.

  • Experience creating responsive and interactive campaign sites, landing pages, and digital displays. Mobile app design is a bonus.

  • An understanding of web based animation techniques (from storyboarding to build) would also be a bonus.
