Insight Global Control Panel Assembler in Aurora, Colorado

Job Description

A high tech fabrication company is looking for an Electrical Control Panel Builder in the Aurora, CO area. You will work with our lead electrical panel builder to fabricate industrial control panels in the UL508A panel shop. You will also be responsible for printing wire labels and terminal block marker cards, following panel layouts and electrical schematics, punching holes in steel electrical enclosures, drilling and tapping DIN Rail and components, routing and terminating wires inside of control panels, assembling field control enclosures, labeling enclosure devices, organizing electrical parts, preparing enclosures and parts for shipping, and occasionally traveling to the job site for field panel build modifications. You should have experience in panel building of Industrial Enclosures or be a Journeyman electrician. You should also be detail oriented, focused, able to work at a good pace and sometimes under pressure, and punctual with work hours 6am-2:30pm, M-F. A background check and drug test is require (including marijuana).

Skills and Requirements

Experience building Industrial Control panels

Working Knowledge of Pushbuttons, Beacons, Motor Starters, contactors, relays, 480VAC transformers, disconnects, and motors

Experience reading Panel Layout Drawings/Electrical Schematics

Experience Drilling precision holes

Experience using a Multimeter for point to point quality checks Journeyman Electrician null
