We are seeking a Facilities/Site Operations Manager to join our team in Aurora, CO. As an Adult Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of all operations within the site. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and arranging the necessary material equipment for site operations

• Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of all operations within the site

• Maintaining a professional image and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment

• Assisting in editing and providing feedback to the created content for operations

• Monitoring operational goals and planning for modifications if needed

• Evaluating and assisting staff in the training sessions

• Maintaining and monitoring the progress of operations and reporting this progress to site leadership

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and Smartsheet for efficient site operations

• Applying adult learning theory and organizational skills to ensure efficient operations

• Handling materials and conducting cost analysis to ensure efficient operations

Requirements • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Requires strong communication skills, both written and spoken

• Prior experience in facilities or site operations management is essential

• Must possess exceptional organizational skills

• Demonstrable ability in planning and executing complex projects

• Experience in materials handling is a plus

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and progress tracking is required

• Ability to conduct cost analysis and optimize operations for efficiency

• Knowledge of R Code, Power BI, and Smartsheet will be advantageous

• Experience in editing documents and other written materials

• Must have the ability to conduct training sessions and apply adult learning theory

• Knowledge of site operations is a must

• The candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
