Participates in strategic planning for the practice and the division.
In collaboration with HR, ambulatory leadership, and physician input, is the final decision maker for all staff hires into the practice.
Monitors and assists in developing the annual budget, including projections for annual physician, procedural, and ancillary visits.
Develops a Quality Improvement (QI) plan for the practice and reports on the components at least quarterly.
Continuously reviews and adjusts business and clinical operations to maximize workflow efficiency, staff productivity, and patient access.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing.
5+ years job-related/clinic experience.
Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing Administration.
Ambulatory quality improvement (QI) experience.
3+ years of clinic management.
Management of budget, purchasing, and/or accounting.
Experience using registry data and quality systems.
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking.
Certified Medical Practice Executive (CPME).
Registered Nurse (RN), State of Colorado.
Conditions of Employment:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross healthcare provider level CPR certification) or certification within 90 days of hire.
Complies with applicable University of Colorado School of Medicine, Community Practice mandatory education and training.
Maintains all required licensure and certifications for the position.
Must be able to work in person.
Must be able to travel to multiple locations.

The starting salary rate () for this position has been established as $83,171. The above salary rate () represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
