What You Will Be Doing:
As the Yard Compliance Supervisor, you will be tasked with developing various processes in an effort to create consistency with machine quality before it is delivered to a customer as well as maintain attachment inventory at each Yancey Bros. Co. location. Once these processes are developed it will be your job to train each Yard Coordinator and hold them accountable to meeting your documented standards. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with each Yard Coordinator as well as each Branch Manager and work as a team player with each.
Primary Responsibilities:
Train and ensure Yard Coordinators approving assets leaving a location understand that the assets must meet the standards expected by the customer and Yancey Bros. Co.
Develop and document clear attachment inventory processes and ensure they are followed at each location
Develop and document yard organization plans
Ensure accurate movement and documentation of assets on and off each yard
Schedule and execute a monthly inventory at each location
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
Additional duties as assigned by manager
Complete a Driver’s Safety Course

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or related equivalent required. Specific industry experienced desired or an equivalent college degree preferred.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Computer skills to include Internet Explorer, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
Creative thinking and problem solving ability.
Must be highly organized in a fast-paced work environment.
