Identify and assess new program opportunities, using relevant market research tools and industry inputs. Analyze data and make recommendations for viable programs that will meet revenue targets and other identified goals. Prepare high-quality reports regarding the market problem to be solved, opportunity size, potential solutions, and risk factors appropriate for sharing with academic leadership. Make regular and independent contact with faculty and academic leadership across campus to review opportunities, address challenges, and create actionable plans. Use experience and expertise to provide guidance and advice on program design, business models, and operational matters. Develop MOUs, budgets, and project plans to achieve identified goals and objectives. Serve as primary project manager and internal authority throughout program build. Work with Director to identify and allocate needed resources, including instructional design. Drive communication and alignment throughout engagements, such that client goals and expectations are met or exceeded, and that internal needs are addressed in a timely and coordinated manner. Organize and regularly communicate out project progress. Monitor work, including expenses, and intervene when things get off track. Oversee successful transition to program implementation. Ensure that programs developed align with relevant policies, work structures, and quality standards. Alert Director to progress, trends, and concerns. Prepare reports and financial projections, as requested. Other duties as assigned
