Perform highly-skilled and technical work involving the installation, operation, maintenance and support of audio/visual and AV control system equipment.Provide technical assistance in the planning, construction, repair, and renovation of classroom technology systems. Provide technical support for the operations of the Liberal Arts Classroom Help Desk.Identify and repair faults and failures within complex audio/visual systems.Assist faculty and other classroom users with the operation of multimedia and computer systems.Assist in training and supervising a team of student employees responsible for providing specialized, technical support.Provide on-call telephone and technical support to classroom users sometimes outside of normal business hours.Assist with management of inventory in Liberal Arts technology classrooms.Other related functions as assigned.
