Serve as the main point of contact for bipolar disorder individuals. Follow up with bipolar individuals to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Offer guidance and support in navigating our research studies.Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with troubleshooting, scheduling, and resolving issues.Support research endeavors as a valued part of our team.Work with a multidisciplinary research team. Maintain positive relationships with other departments. Collaborate with other team members to address complex issues and improve research and service quality.Stay informed about research and services and updates to offer the most relevant support.Contribute to creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.Other related duties as assigned.
