:Primarily responsible for the development, interpretation, and implementation of policy and procedure related to student conduct, including overseeing case intake, management, and workflow. Responsible for the administration of the student conduct process for academic, non-academic, and student organization matters, including the investigation and resolution of complaints.As a part of the dean of students lead team, works to fulfill the mission and vision of the Office of the Dean of Students. Provides strategic leadership and vision for the Student Conduct and Academic Integrity unit, including managing the unit budget and supervising a team comprised of 8 full time staff and multiple graduate students. Responsible for future recruitment and training of staff members as appropriate.Provides timely updates to the Dean of Students via regular engagement in strategic problem solving, case consultation, and high impact cases.Meets with students, faculty, legal affairs, Office of the President, community members and others, as appropriate, for consultation, education, and problem solving. Serves as a resource on student conduct matters both at the institution and nationally.Oversees and sustains the quality of outreach and marketing initiatives including matters ranging from annual reports, assessment plans, website content, publications and launching new initiatives.Provides primary leadership on technology and communication-based initiatives for Student Conduct and Academic Integrity unit including database customization, software and communication efforts.Assists or leads special assignments within the University, Office of the Dean of Students and the Division of Student Affairs, including committee appointments.
