Job Description
This contract manager will primarily focus on data entry for the C. This will be a more entry level person who will join the letting management section team. This contract manager will be supporting both construction and maintenance projects.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of experience in data entry.
No contract/legal experience, but some experience reviewing information, bookkeeping, data entry.
Data-driven--must be able to take in information and put into their system (physical entry; non-automated).
1-2 years of Excel (must have experience taking information from spreadsheets and entering in new data)
Must be able to work well cross-functionally, especially with more senior level folks.
Will be responsible for documentation and tracking. Some capacity of what the IT Contract Manager II will be doing (see Req).
Pay Rate: $25/hr null
