Relationship BuildingServe as primary contact for students for a cohort of MSBA-Working Professionals program.Provide rapid and individualized assistance to students to help them address barriers to success in their courses.Hold virtual office hours for all students, and schedule sessions with students of concern to ensure that a plan is in place to address their needs in collaboration with the Program Director.Provide continuous updates on student progress and course facilitation to Faculty, Program Director and Director of Student Experience.Work collaboratively with other MSBA-WP SAPC on communication and administrative needs.Academic and Co-Curricular ExperienceAttend weekly classes virtually for a set cohort.Provide advising to students (including but not limited to degree progress, university resources, and academic status).Help identify at-risk students and provide them with direction to the proper resources.Onboard new students at the beginning of each academic cycle.Event AttendanceAttend on-campus immersive weekends 2 per academic year
