Program Coordination: Research Experiences for Undergraduates Program, Summer Research Experience for students from Austin Community College, Industrial Mentorship Program for center Graduate Student, and K-12 STEM OutreachCommunication and Media Development -Internal Communications: design and distribute recruitment materials, informational documents, and event announcements. Manage CDCM Newsletter. -External Communications: design and distribute recruitment and informational materials and event announcements. -Social Media and Website Management: Develop and implement social media campaigns. Perform updates and manage CDCM website. -Podcast: pre-recording prep, recording, editing, publication and distribution of podcastAdministrative Support and Event Management: -Databases, maintain detailed records of current and previous students and participants. Keep records of Center activities and initiatives for reporting. -Budget Management: Ensure assigned program areas stay within outlined budgets. Report expenses to CDCM Admin. -Event Management: Assist with coordination of CDCM events. -Technology Support: Maintain Center technology (i.e. laptops, cameras, tech accounts). Provide technology support, as neededPerforms other related duties as assigned
