Description:
We're looking for a Project Coordinator with a heavy administrative focus to join our client's Engineering team in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Engineering teams and management in carrying technical and administrative tasks for departmental operations
Manage procurement/purchasing of goods/material needed for departmental operations along with detailed department budget tracking
Create and track Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders, Credit Card purchases, SORs and maintenance/facility requests
Create, handle and process Engineering Change Orders and release technical documents
Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes to promote efficiency and productivity
Work on multiple projects and issues at a time
Qualifications:
Three or more years of experience in project coordination, administrative/executive assistance, or similar
Experience in coordinating teams and clients
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
