Data Management and Reporting: Design and maintain databases to evaluate program effectiveness, track participant data, and assess processes and outcomes for continuous improvement of programs and student experiences. Compile and present reports on program activities, outcomes, and performance metrics to stakeholders.Leadership and Research Development: Coordinate and evaluate faculty research training opportunities, providing specialized skills development to promote research excellence. Support faculty leadership development through targeted training for cultivating effective leadership skills. Facilitate leadership growth for LRI researchers and affiliates via recognition programs and targeted training.Operational Planning, Budgeting, and Resource Acquisition: Develop and maintain operational plans for each educational program, detailing objectives, timelines, and resource needs. Assist in preparing program budgets, tracking expenditures, and developing sustainable funding models to ensure continuity. Contribute to grant proposals for securing funds to sustain and enhance research-focused education programs.Program Coordination and Logistics: Coordinate all logistics for the annual summer doctoral institute, including promotion, recruitment, application management, participant/faculty relations, program delivery, and comprehensive evaluation. Plan and evaluate student experiential learning and educational opportunities, ensuring consistent research experiences, fostering a scholarly community, and contributing to student success. Strategic Alignment and Compliance: Ensure seamless alignment of all educational programs with LRI's strategic goals, objectives, and priorities. Maintain compliance with relevant university, state, and federal procedures, regulations, and standards governing educational program operations.
