Prepare county data workbooks prior to Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) Mapping workshops in order to support county planning and workshop preparation.Co-facilitate workshops and collect data via process notes and process mapping.Develop post-workshop county Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) reports, maps, and other documents.Create additional content based on Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) activities in the form of news, events, or briefs for website posting, social media, or presentations for meetings/conferences.Contribute to Sequential Intercept Model (SIM) evaluation and identify areas of strength and program improvement.Participate in regular meetings with the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health (TIEMH) team, state agencies, and other stakeholders.
