As a Sr. Director Product Management, Mobile and Cloud PACS, you will lead a team that defines the product line strategy, portfolio roadmap, requirements and KPIs for its implementation.
Based on your expertise, PACS Business Units input and voice of the customers, you will communicate its business value to the product team in a clear, concise way to ensure the team understands the purpose behind any new product or release.
You will lead the Mobile and Cloud product team and all aspects from the conception of the product to its launch, with your team you will define the Product Portfolio and its commercial success over the entire product lifetime for the HID Mobile Access Application, Mobile Wallet(s) integration, Location Services, Identity Positioning and HID Origo Cloud platform.
Furthermore, in this role you will identify and interpret trends in technology as well as leverage the re-use and platform strategy within PACS, your responsibilities include working with PACS business units, PACS global engineering and regional teams to allocate budget, track portfolio top-line and bottom-line performance, and build PM strategies.
In this role you will build and leverage our technical depth in the PACS Organization to secure and advance our position in the market.

As our Sr Director Product Management Mobile and Cloud PACS , you’ll support HID’s success by:
Define the product management and marketing short-term and long-term strategic vision for the product line aligned with business priorities and aspirations
Manage product line virtual P&L to improve profitability, grow revenue and optimize costs.
Lead and recruit a global team of highly skilled and experienced product managers responsible for defining and driving product features definition, innovation, prioritization, implementation and efficiency improvements
Set product line product management goals and KPIs, align and lead resources to deliver products and solutions on time, on budget according to PACS BUs business plan and strategy
Deliver clear and actionable product requirements and roadmaps that address market problems for which customers are willing to pay to get solved
Apply data driven methods for prioritization and planning of requirements
Understand market, competition, technology trends to drive innovation and differentiation
Institute a results-oriented mindset and define metrics to evaluate product line effectiveness
Inspire to innovate, challenge status quo and help team members to grow
Develop effective partnerships across HID and PACS product lines areas, deeply understanding their strategic data priorities and infrastructure requirements.
Ensure close team collaboration and alignment according to SAFe methodologies
Represent your team in various leadership meetings, portfolio pulses and through relevant Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices
Lead by example and demonstrate integrity, responsiveness and empowerment
Represent HID PACS Product Management in various ASSA ABLOY group initiatives, professional associations and activities in industry functions and events
Define and implement tools and processes to enable professional and timely customer communications related to operations, including but not limited to:
Service disruptions and technical support
- Product quality and security
Release notifications and maintenance events
Ensure that all products and cloud services operate with privacy in mind and in compliance with required legislations, policies, directives and practices.
Ensure Service Agreements are in place with customers, external and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide excellent operational flow with our IT, R&D, manufacturing engineering, support and quality functions
Ensure timely publications of external statements on service disruptions or security incidents
Define methods of measuring and reporting on service delivery history and improvement

Your Experience and Education include:
Hold a BA or BS in Engineering or Computer Science, MBA is preferred.
15+ years of experience in Product Management across multiple technologies, product development methodologies and customer types
5+ years in PACS and strong knowledge of the Mobile Apps and Cloud Platforms is desired.
Experience in lean and agile development methodology (ideally SAFe certified)
Experience in running P&L with demonstrable results driving top-line and bottom-line objectives.
Familiar CRM tools and analysis such as Salesforce.com
Customer Expectations
Ability to read and interpret customer RFI/RFP’s, specifications, technical standards, etc.
Effective management of customer requirements and expectations.
Demonstrated history of excellence in customer interaction.
