Support faculty, graduate students, and other research staff at each stage of their proposal submission including preparing budgets, budget justifications and other non-scientific sections of grant applications including subcontracts.Check proposal formatting, ensure compliance with the funding agency requirements and upload proposal sections to appropriate online systems by deadlines. Prepare UT electronic forms for review and approval by the OSP and act as liaison between OSP and the PI to ensure compliance, completeness of sponsor and UT requirements, and timely approval.Support faculty and research staff in preparing and submitting post-submission materials such as other support information, Just-In time information, current/pending support, and budget revisions in a timely manner.Support faculty and research staff in preparing and submitting post-award documents including annual research grant reports, publications compliance, IRB approvals and other documents as needed, in a timely manner.Assist faculty with post-award processes including submission of new and incremental account budgets to OSP, assist in the outgoing subcontracting process ensuring correct subcontract documentation is submitted to OSP, and maintain contact with subcontractor until contracts are fully executed as well as manage renewals of subcontracts each year. Support award set-up and fiscal management of awards, which may include grant budgeting, grant modifications (no-cost extensions, reallocations, etc.), annual reporting, review of expenditures, as well as prior approval requests and Just-in-time information.Support faculty, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows as well as research project staff with processing of all data use agreements, negotiated awards, and unfunded agreements with OSP. Create, review and submit DUAs, CDCPs, NDAs, MTAs.Lead the submission of service agreements through Business Contracts Office on behalf of the PI, which may include but not limited to formatting, documentation, reporting, project summaries/reports/analysis, review of expenditures, and submission through Contracts+.
