Job Summary
The Senior Manager - ITAM Business Management Office (BMO) role is to manage the business management team in ITAM including a team of ITAM project managers, as well as multiple associated cross-ITAM operational and business functions. The Senior Manager - ITAM Business Management will, across all responsible functions, develop and enhance SHI’s best practice procedures, tools, and people to ensure the services delivered to SHI’s customers meet and exceed the required quality standards.
The Senior Manager - ITAM Business Management Office will also have the responsibility & authority to manage the regulatory & compliance programs required by SHI and the business in total alignment with SHI Corporate Policies. The Senior Manager - ITAM BMO will always represent both the ITAM department and SHI in an impeccable manner, providing expert insight and industry-leading knowledge. The position reports to the Global Director ITAM Services.
The Senior Manager—ITAM BMO will partner with ITAM leadership and work across the ITAM team to ensure well-defined processes, impactful reporting, and highly skilled team members to deliver quality results to ITAM customers and ensure ITAM operational excellence and quality.
The Senior Manager—ITAM BMO can be based from either Austin, TX, Somerset NJ, Paris, France, Milton Keynes, UK offices. This role is expected to require frequent travel both nationally and internationally (50%).

Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
Oversee ITAM financial management activities and reporting.
Oversee ITAM business and operational activities and reporting.
Manage ITAM Project Management function and team.
Manage ITAM Development function and team
Define, document, and periodically refresh Project Delivery and Project Management processes, procedures and standards.
Design and delivery meaningful project and financial management reporting and KPIs.
Enhance and maintain ITAM project management tools.
Manage ITAM Quality Management function and team.
Design, implement, and manage ITAM’s Quality Management System.
Manage an ITAM Compliance program (ISMS, Risk & Resiliency, Audits)
Ensure Sales support process are effective and connected to ITAM’s delivery methodology.
Ensure ITAM’s delivery model is efficient, integrated, and engages easily with customers to ensure a high-quality customer experience and outcome.
Ensure all ITAM engagements are conducted professionally, ethically, and in a manner consistent with SHI standards.
Oversee ITAM SOW administration process and tools.
Take responsibility for the development and financial success of the department and functions under management.
Drive positive change across all responsibilities and influence change broader than direct responsibility.
Engage with other SHI departments to collaborate on growth, delivery, and quality strategies.
Support and encourage the growth, training, and personal development of team members.
Ensure ITAM Leadership administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
Achieve all financial targets.
Control and manage operational costs.
Oversee the customer engagement lifecycle and partner with ITAM Customer Success to ensure customer value realization.
Coordinating virtual teams and sponsorship of change implementation projects.
Oversee ITAM event coordination and administration.
Act as an escalation point for internal and external contacts.
Support business development in new and existing accounts.
Keep up to date with industry trends.
Represent ITAM and SHI at industry event, SHI summits and seminars.
It is the responsibility of all Team Managers to ensure all their staff are adequately educated on Information Security, Risk and Quality Management Strategies and Policies, understand their roles and responsibilities, monitor, maintain effectiveness of the controls promoting continual improvements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a cross-organizational function such as project. management, finance, or operational reporting.

Certifications Required
The ideal candidate will hold the following accreditations; if the certifications are not currently held the Senior Manager - ITAM BMO will be required to study and all the following mandatory accreditations within a short period of commencing the role.
Mandatory certifications:
Project Management accreditation (PMP or Prince2 are preferred)
ITIL certification
Complete all LISA Training Modules and pass all Exams
