Serve as primary point of contact for prospective students, with interest in applying to the Universitys non-formula-funded graduate programs. Proactively nurture and support interested students identified through lead generation activities to drive enrollment growth. Be a subject matter expert in thedetails/features/benefitsand application and enrollment processes for assigned programs. Apply a systematic approach to collecting information about prospective students and developing recruitment relationships over time.Support applicants by providing guidance on needed access and resources. Advise students regarding enrollment issues and maintain application records in EASI, Slate, and Salesforce as required.Monitor and manage enrollment key performance indicators, including those covering lead management, enrollment conversion, student satisfaction, and student success. Identify opportunities for intervention to improve outcomes, including partnering with program coordinators and other EEV teams to identify opportunities for enhancing the student experience.Attend and participate in enrollment and recruiting events, such as information sessions, office hours, industry trade shows, and professional conferences.Coordinate with EEV Marketing on the development of communication and enrollment management plans to support lead generation and enrollment management strategy.Collaborate with relevant product managers, marketing coordinators, and partner units to drive continuous improvement and innovation activities for assigned areas of study.Assist Enrollment and Success Team on providing backup support for other Option III, professional, and continuing education programs.
