Marketing and Outreach: Coordinate BBA International Programs promotional events, including McCombs BBA Study Abroad Fair, study abroad info sessions, and student org presentations. Increase awareness of BBA International Programs by developing, coordinating, and monitoring outreach programs to promote study abroad programs to undergrad students. Develop and update brochures, flyers, posters, videos and promotional tokens as well as manage social media channels (EMMA, WordPress, Instagram). Manage the BBA International Programs website via Content Management System.Program Coordination: Coordinate McCombs faculty-led study abroad programs alongside the Director and Assistant Director (from initial advising to program execution). Recruit, advise, select, and prepare students for faculty-led programs. Provide students with appropriate academic and program advising. Coordinate faculty-led pre-departure orientation and study abroad scholarship application and selection. Maintain Canvas pages and pre-departure materials. Work with and advise faculty and staff in the development and implementation of BBA Faculty-led programs according to policy. Assist with handling international emergencies. Assist with program development, research, and data analysis.Student Worker Supervision and Logistical Support: Co-manage hiring, training, and supervision of 2-3 student workers. Provide logistical support: coordinate budgets, contracts, vendor relations, and payment processing alongside the Assistant Director.General Support: Participate in program office events, i.e., Career Expo, fall/spring commencement, and mock interviews. Serve on office-wide committees serving department initiatives. Assist IP team with orientation, course registration, academic advising, and pre-departure workshops for international exchange and accepted UT study abroad students.Other related functions as assigned.
