Adecco is hiring immediately for a Non-Technical Project Manager/Business Process Analyst with a local client in Austin, TX. Pay is based upon experience from $40/hr - $ 75/hr.

The job duties and skill needed include:

• Strong project and program management ability to lead various large cross functional programs. Ability to work independently and influence decisions at executive levels, and drive programs to completion.

• Good understanding of Logistics Inbound, Outbound, Shipping, Transportation and warehouse automation process.

• Proficiency in warehouse layouts, business process mapping, and end-to-end processes.

• Expertise on understanding business requirement and writing document/process flow accordingly.

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Good presentation skills and train end users on business process.

• Onsite presence (No Remote).

• Knowledge in SAP ECC, WM or EWM is preferred.

• Experience on manufacturing client added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years experience needed.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $75.00 per hour
