We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows Endpoint Engineer with expertise in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Powershell, Graph, and other modern management technologies to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions for our thousands of desktops, laptops, and cloud PC devices, ensuring efficient deployment and management of applications, updates, and operating systems across our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain endpoint management infrastructure (SCCM), including site servers, distribution points, reporting services, and SQL databases

  • Develop and oversee processes for workstation and server patching, compliance and remediation, reporting, and dashboards

  • Leverage Microsoft Intune for co-management, patches and feature updates, software packaging and delivery, deployment and imaging, and migrating/delivering endpoint configuration policies from the cloud

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for desktop deployments and data migrations of user data, applications, and settings using USMT, PowerShell, Power Platform, and other automation tools

  • Design, develop, and update existing system designs and processes to make our solutions more efficient

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and others on best practices for implementation of technical solutions

  • Document and update automation processes, procedures, and standards.

  • Research and evaluate new technologies, tools and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience and expertise with SCCM, including deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting

  • Proficient in the Microsoft tech stack: Windows operating systems, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, Intune, Graph, M365, Group Policy, Entra/Azure AD, and other cloud-based platforms and services

  • Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and VBScript

  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of networking technologies including VPN, and multifactor, certificate-based, and passwordless identity technologies (hardware keys, one time passcodes, passkeys)

  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or similar.

  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies

U.S. Salary Range:

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
