Avient Corporation Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (Part-Time) in Avon Lake, Ohio

Part-Time: Less than 30 hours/week Location: Avon Lake, OH, Hybrid or Remote In this role, you will use various channels to source passive candidates building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs for the enterprise. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will proactively help Avient identify talent to fill a variety of roles including information technology across the US and Canada. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will research, create and implement effective sourcing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools and sustain a healthy pipeline for Avient's current and future needs. Essential Functions Ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies, market insights and reporting tools Be an ambassador of Avient's culture and values to elevate the candidate experience Create and send messages to passive candidates Coordinate with Recruiters and HRBP's to determine position requirements Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques Develop talent pipelines in Applicant Tracking System for future hiring needs Maintain candidate information in Applicant Tracking System while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance Partner with Marketing and Communications on campaigns to attract passive candidates and job seekers to Avient Participate during intake meetings with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand job specifications, target candidate profile and develop a sourcing strategy Other duties as assigned Education and Experience 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing candidates, information technology experience preferred Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and craft Boolean search strings) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo experience preferred Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively present Avient and open roles to potential candidates Effective time-management abilities High school diploma required; Advanced Degree preferred (BS degree or equivalent) Competencies Each position at Avient focuses on eight Core Competencies as a Leader of Self.
