We’re looking for a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor to join our team! As a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor with Mosaic, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the department adheres to safety regulations and requirements and each Mosaic owned property is a clean, safe, sanitary and comfortable environment for each person which accesses the area. Who will love this job: * An efficient worker- your ability to shift gears makes you an excellent problem solver and multi-tasker * A detail enthusiast – you understand that the “little things” and compliance matters when supporting the people we serve and those who serve * A skilled planner - you are adept at finding the best route moving forward while encouraging others to keep their eyes on the positive What YOU'LL Do: * Supervise the day to day operations of housekeeping and laundry department personnel. * Develop and coordinate daily housekeeping and laundry services, policies and procedures to ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations. * Perform administrative requirements, reporting and daily inspections of work areas. * Monitor adequate amounts of housekeeping and laundry supplies are maintained to perform daily tasks. SCHEDULE: Days, full time / Salaried with ability to be flexible to meet needs of department What YOU'LL Need: * A passion to help others * Previous supervisory experience required * HS Diploma or equivalent * Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment * Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
