to be responsible for the program and project management of the Hospital Patient Monitoring I2M programs and projects.
You are responsible for
Lead the HPM monitors Change Control Board and the main change projects.The monitors CCB manages all product changes after project closure. These changes are identified by all functions and cover product quality, manufacturing quality, compliance, cost reduction, assurance of supply, marketing induced changes, and country registrations. These changes must be evaluated, we need to decide on implementation, plan their timings and resources, and their progress must be tracked.The CCB leader coordinates this process E2E. He ensures that all decisions are taken. That we have a longer term (2 year) forecast of the required changes. That escalations are done to category and business management.
To create the Maintenance Program Plan according the MLD process. In this plan he/she uses the inputs of Standards Review Board, of the DfX program, of the Quality Norm Program, and of the Assurance of Supply program. Also to plan the changes such that they can be implemented via the Family Release PDLM Projects and provide the assignments for all change projects and tracks them. In addition to provide the required resources and costs for the AOP and tracks this in all RoFo’s.
He/She leads the Project Management Team of the main change projects. He accepts overall responsibility and accountability for project result. He takes the decisions within the project together with his team. He knows which decisions are overarching and must be taken by I2M management. He makes clear proposals for these and manages the decision process.
The leadership comprises all I2M functions (product marketing, design, R&D, Q&R, Procurement, ISC, BMC marketing, etc) that are involved in product development and maintenance.The person would be responsible for the on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery of the project. To achieve that he/she creates the smartest lean overall project plan, with clear development logic, and effective Daily Management and 3C escalation system.
Goal is to identify process and tool issues in his area, and leads related Rootcause analyses, Kaizens, and process improvements.
Also our candiate need to be an expert in the QMS. Understands the intent of the procedures such that he can tailor his project deliverables (for project efficiency and effectiveness) without compromising compliance or quality. Is expert in the underlying approaches of product development and bases his plan on the required decisions and not just on deliverables.
You as the candidate neens to implement resource and cost planning and tracking using Clarity for his program and projects. Ensure monthly resource handshakes with all resource managers. Make monthly financial forecasts together with the F&A leader. Manage all project KPIs, like the Delivery, Financial and Quality-Norm KPI’s.
Leading all program and project reviews. Schedule these proactively with all stakeholders, including category, business, and cluster leadership. Leverages these reviews also for escalation and decision-making. Always ensures clear data, and always provides options to solve the project issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Needs to have a bachelor or masters in a technical study (electronical, mechanical, software, biomedical engineering or equivalent).
Needs to have at least 5 years’ experience in hands-on product development on career level.
Experience with planning and implementing tools and processes.
Must have strong team leadership skills and experience. Can facilitate large team workshops. Manages team dynamics. Able to create strong team identity and team goal ownership. Is inspiring and able to drive the team to high performance. Is good in change management.
Ability to manage senior and executive stakeholders throughout the organization.
Good communicator, both verbally and written.
High drive, positive attitude and resilience to overcome people, organizational, process and technical issues.
