We are looking for you, an Expert for OLED Displays (m/f/diverse), to support our Business area User Experience at the location Babenhausen.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Technology : Drive the development of innovative OLED products together with our suppliers
Suppliers : Develop new OLED suppliers and verify the technical readiness
Global Impact : Lead global OLED community
Standards : Define internal and external standards for OLEDs
Training : Spread the knowledge of OLED Technology over the Business Unit UX
Projects : Advise and support customer projects
Interfaces : Be the ambassador of the Expert Field OLED in UX
Completed studies in the field of engineering or similar qualification
Experience in the development of display systems and optoelectronic components or comparable, relevant experience
High self-motivation to drive forward the own expert field OLED
Experience in the automotive sector is preferred
Knowledge in the field of OLED technology
Understanding the components and elements within the optical path of a display
Knowledge of project management and core tools (e.g. Jira, DOORS)
System understanding in cooperation with hardware, mechanics and optics
Very good written and spoken English skills
Basic language skills in German are an advantage
Intercultural experience and willingness to make occasional international trips
