Essential Duties and Responsibilities:This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor. Including but not limited to the following:

• Review customer contract agreements and purchase orders.• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.• Administer and negotiate contract agreements.• Reviewing and updating existing contract agreements.• Processes contract renewals.• Complete and process all contract related documents.• Maintain contract database and spreadsheet files.• Provide internal customer service to 60+ branches across the US and Canada

Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work experience in the legal and/or contract administration field is required.Paralegal certification and/or experience is preferred, but not required. Should exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities. Possesses superior attention to detail.

Estimated Rate of Pay: $68,640 - $75,000
