We are seeking a motivated, professional Property Manager to manage our fast-paced Main Line Commercial and Residential Buildings in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys seeing projects through to completion.

The primary responsibility of the Property Manager is to be the leader of their property. The Property Manager accomplishes this by overseeing the physical integrity of the building, tenant and employee satisfaction, and exercising good judgment under pressure.

Prior experience in Property Management is a must!

Property Manager duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage and support all day-to-day operations of the property; including leasing

  • Maintain occupancy levels desired by management company

  • Process payroll for appropriate team members

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to include but not limited to turnovers, and contractor oversight

  • Oversee Broker relationships

  • Manage Commercial Lease Renewals

  • Conduct pre-moveout walk-throughs

  • Implement new and uphold current preventive maintenance programs

  • Improve Resident satisfaction and retention

  • Review and approve all facility invoices

  • Serve as a representative in court proceedings

  • Oversee financial performance

  • Monitor compliance with Fair Housing

  • Oversee capital improvements

  • Implement and follow company policy and procedures; including record-keeping and management of appropriate information in property management software system

  • Physically walk and inspect properties on a regular basis

  • Maintain awareness of local market trends and conditions

  • Oversee snow and ice removal

    Property Manager Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws

  • Prior management experience preferred including training, supervising, hiring and terminating staff

  • Leasing and sales experience

  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred

  • Multi-Family industry experience preferred

  • Technically proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other computer/software systems

  • Maintain availability for emergencies, on-call duties, resident functions, weekend touring as needed
