Grand Oaks Nursing & rehabilitation center LPN in Baldwin, Michigan

We are in search of *Experienced & Newly licensed LPN's *for *All shifts *to provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory policies and procedures and to assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action.

Starting Pay up to $30.75-$34.80 based on length of nursing experience!

Sign-On Bonus:  Discussed at Interview

Additional $3.20/hr State of Michigan wage.

Essential Functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement policies & procedures.
  • Supervise and Lead all direct resident care.
  • Provide supervision to Nursing Assistants.
  • Responsible for compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • An LPN license in the state of Michigan
  • The ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a long term care facility as required by regulations
