As Assistant Front Office Manager, you are responsible to assist in overseeing all front office operations, ensuring efficient and effective guest service. This position involves managing daily front desk operations, addressing guest concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

This position is only for Indonesian.

• Minimum 2 years experience in the luxury resort environment

• Strong leadership and time management skills

• Well-versed with Opera, Medallia, Hotsos, as well as other systems and reports.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoys interaction and naturally well versed with social conversation

• Confident problem solver with guest first mindset while keeping the integrity of the operations intact.

• Well versed in managing different departments relation to achieve result required
