Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Chef De Partie ( Pastry ) with a strong background and experience inprofessional culinary, good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity area must, and has a great leadershipto join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali

The Chef De Partie ( Pastry ) willberesponsible forthe efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee,guestand owner expectations. To function as the Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products, making sure that they contribute to the overall success of outlets and banquets,in accordance withthe hotel’s standards and financial goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2yearswork experience as Chef dePartie(Pastry or Bakery)or 3-4 years as Demi Chef dePartie/Commisin a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.preferably with experience in luxury international brands.

  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.

  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
