Now we are looking for a dynamic,outgoingand enthusiastic – Floral Designer with strong background and experience in Large Events, and able to design and execute the floral requirements of the hotel to join our energetic,enthusiasticand passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

The Floral Designer will be responsibleto providean excellent and consistent level of service to your customers . willbe responsible foroperationalrelated tothe arrangement and upkeep of all plants and flowers throughout the hotel or office.Also overseeingthe operation of a florist, including managing staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of2 (two)yearsof solid experience asFloral Designer or Florist Managerin a large 5-star luxury hotel or resortor in a similar firm.

  • Preferable knowledge of flowerarragement.

  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of florists and assistants.

  • Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.

  • Ability tomaintaininventory, order supplies, and manage the budget.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and vendors.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Creativity and attention to detail to create unique and beautiful floral arrangements.
