The team you will be part of

You will be joining 20 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues in our Headset Audio DSP software team. We are further split into agile teams, each with max 8 developers, 1 scrum master and 1 product owner. We work with various aspects of the audio platform, including Audio algorithms, DSP implementation and Embedded software development.

Our team is on the lookout for an adept Audio DSP Software Architect to spearhead the software progression for our innovative Headsets products.

As an Audio Software Architect, you will play a critical role in designing audio solutions. Your role will involve tight coordination with our engineering colleagues to secure the smooth implementation of audio software endeavors, aiding in our pursuit of advancing industry-wide innovation.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Facilitate the audio DSP software architecture and development of audio DSP software solutions for our headset products, including defining system requirements, designing efficient and high-quality software, and ensuring reusable and well-tested software.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system engineers, and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components, and to optimize the performance and efficiency.

  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in real-time DSP technology, software development tools, and provide recommendations on incorporating new technologies into our products to enhance performance and functionality.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to the professional growth of the team.

  • Review and review requirements and provide technical solutions.

Sound good so far? To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have hands-on experience in developing DSP software for embedded systems.

  • Relevant expertise in C/C++ development and ability to design software architecture.

  • An understanding of wireless embedded chipsets (such as Qualcomm, Airoha and the likes) including their architecture, features, and limitations, and experience with associated software development tools and libraries.

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
