ReSound Executive Assistant to Marketing & New Ventures in Ballerup, Denmark

Join GN’s Hearing division as an Executive Assistant, a distinct position supporting three of our senior leaders.

In this key role as the Executive Assistant (EA) to three of our Senior leaders, you will be at the core of our global Marketing & Commercialization and New Ventures operations. Supporting and enabling the leaders and contributing to a collaborative team culture. For this role, you will be reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, but work closely and support both Marketing leaders and the SVP for Global Alliances, Ventures & Corporate Affairs. This unique set-up will give you broad business insights. This position combines operational and people-centered responsibilities ensuring that each of the leaders can efficiently accomplish key tasks and initiatives, assisting in various administrative and operational-related tasks. The pace and energy in the teams are high and positive, and the spirit collaborative and the right candidate for the role will bring experience and personality to contribute to a positive culture.

Providing coordination within the Marketing and New Ventures teams, you are tasked with ensuring that each of the VPs can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives, assisting in various administrative and operational-related tasks.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Provide Strategic Support

  • Develop and refine presentations for internal teams, partners, and customers, delivering key business insights.

  • Proactively manage leaders’ calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate agendas to enhance productivity.

  • Facilitate leadership meetings by preparing agendas, ensuring effective time management, and summarizing key decisions with actionable follow-ups.

Coordinate and Organize Events

  • Take full responsibility for planning and implementing leadership offsites, and managing all end-to-end logistics.

  • Plan team-building activities to boost engagement and social connections among colleagues.

Provide Operational Support

  • Oversee invoice approvals, travel arrangements, and expense reporting to support senior leaders' financial and logistical needs.

  • Optimize workplace tools and resources to improve efficiency and maintain a seamless work environment.

  • Keep team distribution lists and calendars updated, ensuring compliance with GN governance and procedures.

Engage in Cross-Team Collaborations

  • Actively participate in broader organizational initiatives, such as planning company-wide events, celebrations, and open houses, contributing to the vibrant culture at GN.
