ReSound Student Assistant in Audio Engineering in Ballerup, Denmark

Do you want to be a part of big local company and work with audio devices? The Audio Engineering department in GN Audio in Ballerup is looking for an Audio Student Help, who can assist the Audio Engineers that are working with audio product development on Jabra’s current and future portfolio of enterprise headsets.

The Team You Will be Part of

You will join a network with a high expertise within DSP and Acoustics, and you will be working close with many experienced Audio Engineers, and you will get the opportunity to work hands-on with state-of-the-art audio devices.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Carry out audio testing and audio recordings.

  • Create and deliver the test reports.

  • Handle documentation, maintenance, and alignment between various documentation systems

  • Create audio mock-ups.

  • Under direct supervision, you will assist engineers in technical assignments and setting up tests.

  • Handle digital and physical clean ups.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

  • Are an engineering student, preferably within the areas of acoustics, DSP, electronics, mechanics and/or software.

  • Are competent in reading and writing English, since we are a global company.

  • Have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Have experience with programming (C, C++, MatLab), and acoustic testing equipment and software (ACQUA and Soundcheck), and a general knowledge within audio is a plus.

  • Are a team member and like to contribute and cooperate in a team, as well as taking responsibility for your time and thrive on working alone.

  • Are curious towards new technologies, and you are happy to learn new systems. You like to deliver results and take ownership of your tasks.
